Little House of Dreams is a bespoke bakeshop in the basement of The Central on Eu Tong Sen Street. It was inspired by New York City’s Magnolia Bakery and offers freshly baked cupcakes, cakes, cake pops, and marshmallow pops. The friendly shopkeepers also run a series of cooking and craft workshops.
I’m delighted to have partnered with them to offer a handful of holiday-inspired bookmaking workshops!
In Bookbinding 101 (Sunday, December 2, 12-1:30PM, SG$60), learn how to make a hand-stitched journal, perfect for a holiday gift, and leave with a basic needle and a bone folder.
In Make a Book! A Parent/Child Workshop* (Saturday, December 15, 2-3:30PM, SG$60), learn how to make an concertina book, a versatile structure, perfect as a stocking stuffer or a holiday photo album.
To register, email firstname.lastname@example.org. I hope to see you there!

* I admit: I am especially excited about this class. I love crafting with families. This is an ideal workshop for a toddler (and his/her parent) with some fine motor skills (i.e. folding a piece of paper, holding a glue stick, etc.).
