Artsy Meetup, Take Two

Last week’s meetup, in short, rocked. We expected about 10 to 12 participants, but by the end of the night, we had hosted nearly 40. Our friends at the The Pigeonhole had to prompt us to go home!

Personally, it was the first time in my eight months in Singapore that I felt truly and deeply energized by the collective creativity in a room. I had the opportunity to engage with an incredibly diverse group of writers, readers, teachers, students, designers, songwriters, and more.

Given that night’s success, jusdeananas and I are, once again, inviting you—arts bloggers, arts educators, museum curators, students of art history, or anyone interested in the arts/culture industry in Singapore—to join us for a drink and a yak session. We’re meeting at 8pm on Wednesday, August 31 at The Pigeonhole, 52/53 Duxton Road. If you have any questions, email or or leave a comment on either of our blogs.

All are welcome, regardless of experience or expertise. If you love the arts and culture, we want you there.
